cold intake manifold

HI...New to the site. Have big problem with one side of my vw motor. My intake manifold is very cold and sweaty. the other side is warm(normal I think). Can any one help me to resolve this and make my bug run better .THANKS DANNY

Sounds like the preheater tube is clogged up.The pre heater tube is the small diameter tube that runs right along the edge of intake manifold joining in the aluminum part of the intake manifold at the bottom of the part where the carb mounts.,and joins to the exhaust manifold bringing heat to the intake manifold so it doesn't ice up in cold weather.
